Movement for Bureau of Implemented Opinion Compensation (MBIOC)
|
Mr. Jarga Kebba Gigo AKA Jigster is the founder of the Movement and Company. We are dedicated to stop many forms of normalized evil. This happens to be a easy sell for the average mind and one that happens to be a two sworded evil: undeserved rewarding to the richest by robbing the struggling is simply wrong. We understand our lives are on the line but someone have to stand-up to the Big evil powers. As evident in Jigster standing-up to DirectBuy of Edmonton. He is still offering them a deal to prove to the world junior employees can be helpful especially to the millions underemployed as he was.

Do we need a movement? Yes, I wrote a very convincing article on this issue and sent it to many media houses and major political parties to no meaningful response. I gave a risk-free offer to my employer but they seem to want a 'miilion dollar value' free of charge. The reality is not many are blessed to see the wrongs of their time. We need a peaceful movement to make history. Is it to compensate every Opinion? No! only implemented opinions will be compensated. Can we value Ideas or Opinions? Yes, products are lot easier to value but I have solid formulas to estimate even service-value. You probably read in the newspapers some heathens placing monetary value on human life based on where you live – obviously, it should be lot easier to value an aspect of a business if we can value a whole business. Secondly, this is about tolerable compensation, not precise payment. We just want to establish it as culture. Who will lose by establishing this as culture? No one! This will help employees, employers, and society. Employers are footing a small bill to gain the trust of employees that the employer will appreciate and compensate for every form valuable input. How about those who are paid to think? Senior employees can be excluded from compensation dues but I do not recommend that. The senior employee may deserve a smaller range since they may receive mental salaries. What is the recommeded compensation range? We recommend 10 to 50% of the annual differential value. For example if your company or one machine is being operated in a manner to produce 10 products per year of let say windows and you show them how to produce 15 windows per year – you deserve to be compensated 10- 50% of the annual value of 5 windows. At least 50% should go to business and the value in subsequent years as well. It may seem unfair to those who never owned a business but we truly care for workers as evident in my call for this movement. Companies will also reserve the right to advance just the minimum annual value after implentation. and if another employee comes-up with a better system within six months – the first employee will be assessed for possible final compensation. How about modified recommendations? The originator deserves at least 10% of the differential annual value and so does the modifier if s/he is a junior employee. Why is it that the employer have to decide the final compensation and not MBIOC? Employers who join, especially in this early stage, deserve enormous respect, not pressure. In the long run, employers who keep paying only the minimum dues can be investigated and be pressured by revealing the information to their employees and/or the public. Be rest assured most companies understand the importance of trust with their employees and society. We don't expect any major problem. The simple fact is we just need sensitization to understand Justice is good for everyone. What can you do if your employer is not a member? Give them our brochures or web site info. Do not submit valuable opinions and try to look for a job at a member company where your opinions can be truly appreciated. All member companies will be listed on our web site. How about if your employer happens to be compensating implemented ideas but not a member? That is not good enough. It is important to pressure the non-compensating ones and to have a third party verifiable claim. It is similar to having 'good master' in slavery days, you have to join the movement to fight 'bad masters' and to understand you deserve to be a free person, not a 'well treated slave'. There are companies who would have paid more than the minimum wage with or without laws, but we need laws and movements to raise conscience. Why are we a private company? Because I (jigster) tendered the proposal but government never responded and the need is eminent. we will gladly work with government on shareholder bases. we believe the Government is more suitable to manage such a bureau but it takes a movement to get government involved . Again, slavery is good example of how slow government reacts to normalized wrongs – this is like voluntary slavery. Some poor employees are begging with all kinds of opinions and hardly appreciated. Is it necessary to have such a bureau when the average compensation may hoover around $100? Yes! It is not just about monetary value but to promote thinking and give hope. If we can help million poor employees with extra $100 and even ten people with over hundred thousand dollar checks/cheques annualy– then we are lot better than the lottery companies. Not to mention the improvement and THINKING we are promoting. See our history page to understand my experience and I know others like me are out there. Is it OK to withold knowledge or valuable Opinions? Yes, even companies withold knowledge -- they often claim it as "Trade Secret". However, we prefer sharing but with only those who will shares the Dues. In fact, if you read our history page you will see the employer who denied me the opportunity of 10% of my opinion dues was withholding knowledge from a fellow franchisee. What is the present legal reality about ideas including opinions? Unless you have a contract, your employers can use your ideas without paying you a dime. However, if your employer join us as member company – it is like we have a contract for you with the employer. We will protect your rights (dues) to your ideas! How about if my ideas are implemented and not paid? Just contact us by filing our complaint form and we will take-on the company in question. The complaint form will be available on our web site and MBIOC member companies. Is there other benefits for employees beside immediate money? Yes! It can boost your resume and add credibility to claims. For example, if you make administrative suggestions that were implemented with verifiable records. If you were a secretary, another company may give you the chance to be an assistant administrator or more. Without a verifiable third party record, all you have is claim that is likely to be doubted . Do we help employees beyond opinion related? At the moment, we will only deal with opinions. However, we envision to help employees on other work related issues. That's is precisely why I called it BEC instead of BOC in the original article. After realizing we need a movement as well, plus domain name problems I encountered- I changed it to MBIOC.
We have to send them a membership certificate, list them on our web site, build a better web site, run the administration cost, lawyer fees etc. It cost money for a single human being to exist and it cost lot more for a business with people to exist. We are asking only five percent of the compensated amount while millions earn their dues and change history. Why do we ask donations? We need to print and distribute millions of brochures. We don't have enough volunteers, must have paid workers. We need millions to advertise in the media and build better web-site. We have to lunch public shows. And we have to pay our bills. If rich politicians need donation to campaign, then a poor company trying to fix their failed responsibilities needs donation. What can you donate beside money? Spread the word – if we can have artists singing and talking about it like climate change and other social issues – it won't be long to get companies and government backing. Everyone of us can do something. Doing nothing is the problem, second only to giving “free” workplace opinions after knowing the harms involved. Never choose inaction where intolerable abuse exist. We welcome questions you may have about this noble idea – send it to info@mbioc.net
