MBIOC Member Company MBIOC provides third party verifiable records for Employers and Employees on Implemented Opinion contributions. This is to build trust between parties, encourage thinking, and provide better relationship on Opinion Dues.

As member company, your employees are entitle to see the certificate and know the member number we will issue you. This assures them you are ready to compensate opinion on the stated terms and conditions to be displayed at your site of employment. Your employees will be able to submit suggestions, copied to us, to improve your business. If you happen to implement the suggestion(s), you are required to notify us within a month and at least advance the employee what you consider his/her dues.

Payments are unlimited but you must state the kind of opinion submitted – for example it can be as vague as administrative suggestion by an employed technician, or highly technical suggestion by a receptionist. The employee need such record and the government may request it as well.

We will work with you if you happen to have any precondition like limiting how many submissions can an employee submit, if they should submit only within their field or are you open to improve your business and understand 'a dummy' deserve a chance that may become your chance.

Since we are trying to establish it as a culture, we won't pursue legal case against any company in the first year. We will only use shaming if necessary. We will also provide free listing and link to your web site for the first one thousand companies to attract the best minds as potential employees.

MBIOC Pre-approved Member Company

This is a slight deviation from the regular MBIOC Membership. In this case, employees submit less valuable Opinions to the employer and cannot submit directly to MBIOC unless it is approved and signed by the Employer. This is an alternative for companies who support compensating Opinion dues but have unnecessary fears of full membership like employees abusing submissions.

The second reason we offer this option is for on the spot Opinions and Minor opinions that the employees feel “thank you” is good enough but the appreciative employer feels like buying some bottle of beers as gesture. Such employers can instead fill-out the pre-approved and paid opinion form to fill in $50 to $500 for the employee(s) and have it tax deductable rather than buying beer. This will add something to the employee(s) resume, something to a poor person's pocket, encourage other companies to understand opinion dues, encourage employees when brainstorming, directly taxable, and tax deductable.

It should be clear that Companies who subscribe to the First level MBIOC membership can certainly submit pre-approved and paid opinion forms. We do not recommend this kind of Membership because some opinions worth lot more and not all employers adhere to fair discretion. We also place a limit to it to minimize tactical tax evasion. As much as I lambast governments ... I believe we will always need governments and governments needs taxes to survive.

Terms and Conditions:

1.The paid range through MBIOC is $50 to $500 – Exceptions will be made only if evidence is presented and convincing to MBIOC as legitimate.

2.No more than three payments per employee in a given year

3.Must be opinion related and the actual Opinion stated. For example staying 10 minutes on extra labor is not part of what MBIOC records at the moment.
