Decriminalize or Legalize Marijuana?
This address is a call but also a
question. We are calling for the decriminalization or legalization of
marijuana. On the same note, we are questioning should we
decriminalize or legalize marijuana. Either one will be better than
its present prohibited status.
The effects on society between the options differ and that precisely beseech a responsible leaning. I emphasize leaning, those who favor decriminalization must not over-emphasize the dangers in legalization. Similarly, those who favor legalization must understand the importance of partnering with the pro-decriminalization movement. In a nutshell, we need a soft debate between the two.
Can we legalize then later decriminalize or can we decriminalize then later legalize? History taught us once a product is legalized, its usage mounts and the status is hardly reversible. There are different forms of decriminalization and I favor marijuana as a decriminalized controlled product.
Before going much further on why should we decriminalize or legalize Marijuana, we may need to highlight why Marijuana is prohibited. The primary reason why politicians prohibit marijuana is money. Marijuana is not very tax friendly. There are too many types of marijuana, some of them smell good, some look good, and some unbearable.
Governments have enough research information that understands most marijuana smokers prefer it fresh and natural. People prefer 'free things' or least cost and easy access. Simply put: unless there is some form of control, people will prefer to have it in their back yard or living room rather than from the stores. It will take away many jobs beyond the cigarette and alcohol industries. So there is some understandable reasoning to at least control it.
As much as I belief in taxes to governments and job creation for society; I also belief in humanity and the present effects of criminalizing marijuana is a systematic crime against humanity, especially to the black race in America. So the need to compromise is paramount. People must understand government need taxes to survive and government's interest is not necessarily against public interest. Likewise, governments must learn to accommodate human weaknesses as part of public interest.
Not only do we need different approach to the drug problem but some strategic alternative options must be employed. As more ex-government officials, from police chiefs to politicians, increasingly favor legalization – it becomes a sign of hope but also worries.
Indeed legalization is better than criminalization but there are some serious possibilities with legalization. The gamble is beyond maximum usage through competitive legal baiting or advertising. Suppose the new legal marijuana industry cannot convince the public into buying their products over harvesting the back yard tree – it could be a big blow financially and health wise.
Legalization means millions will be pumped into research and billions in to marketing with convincing claims to attract innocent people beyond America. In this global village, we shouldn't be indifferent to the plight of innocent children anywhere. The cigarette industry is a perfect example. At around age nine, I was legally smoking subsidized American made cigarettes in one of Africa's poorest nation, the Gambia.
Today, the U.S government is suing the tobacco industry for “over fifty years of lying.” A prominent U.S politician celebrates Iran's high cigarette consumptions. How many of us are indifferent to what cigarette is doing to the millions of children in poor countries? Marijuana won't be no different, they will worsened the effects. If we allow them, they will keep playing games on the people and the very companies they licensed.
We must sincerely care for each other in learning, working, and having fun within the boundaries of Justice and tolerance. I sincerely believe many people can support marijuana to the comparable level of the so called 'responsible drinkers'. Like alcohol, I am certain that people will abuse it or more accurately: it will abuse people. The things we cannot change, we must control.
By having Marijuana as a decriminalized accessible controlled substance means less crime and criminals; less pre-employment drug tests; less negative association with worse criminals; better research and education on the product and its users; better utilization of tax dollars to finance private prisons; less senseless “war on drugs”; less gangs and gang wars; etc .
It is important to note that misinformation by government authorities and the media is largely responsible for the wrong focus on drugs as a means to wealth. They are using lies to attract poor kids to drugs. For example, large drug seizures are bloated from its true value to the so called “street value”, meaning retail value. We all know the power of words. We choose words, including metric choice, based on reasons. They understand that wordings have effects on people's mind. And by over estimating drug seizure values and the drug industry, poor weak minds will be attracted to the drug world.
I am not claiming there is no money in the drug industry but I am 100% certain that they are over estimating it on a purpose. I sold wholesale marijuana in the U.S for about three months, selling about 50 pounds a week. I knew people who sold lot more and other drugs. Considering the kind of mind God blessed me with, plus my experience, I certainly understand the industry more than many of your trusted journalists and police officers.
Everyday, I see people who legally make lot more money than the average drug dealer. If they had caught me with fifty pounds, they would have estimated it in the millions based on its retail value. The reality is I sold wholesale, had partners, had other expenses just like any other business. Wholesale is not retail, gross sale is not gross profit, and gross profit is not net profit.
Since most of our Ghetto kids are born poor and hardly have business knowledge; $1000 a week is a lot and may be bragged as net profit. We have a duty to scrutinize what the ghetto kid, the Rapper, Police officers and the journalists are claiming. Considering there are other important points I want to address, I will urge those who are not convinced that drug money is exaggerated to please visit www.mbioc.net. We have a separate project to help stop pre-employment drug testings. Pre-employment drug testing is one of the worse systematic discrimination in the U.S that needs to be confronted. By denying people employment just because they use Marijuana, we are essentially sending them to the streets to commit crimes. Then we blame them or blame the crimes on drugs, when we should blame it on pre-employment drug testings. I guess some of us cannot look very far or we simply accept what we want to see. The other project will be more detail on this topic. I still want you to understand it is originally done a purpose to filter some people unnecessarily. As we leave it unchallenged, other companies may copy on 'innocent' but faulty purpose. We must establish a database of all companies that drug tests unnecessarily to seize the practice forthwith or face boycott or much worse.
Black America is worse affected by these unnecessary tests. Life is a distinctive test from collective tests. We must focus on the distinctive aspect without ignoring the collective aspect. Due to power distribution, every God's choice, including race, comes with some forms of strength and weaknesses. Between God's choices, including race: we ought to appreciate each other's blessings without worshiping and help improve each other's challenges with learning, tolerance, and contentment. The above boundaries are highly significant. Appreciate! Not worship, nor demean. Improve! Not despise, nor ignore. We cannot be good or bad based on any of God's choices.
In general, we can reasonably claim blacks are more attracted to marijuana as white people are more attracted to alcohol. Rather than confrontations, we should accept reality and find a compromise for the common good.
The reason why alcohol was prohibited in the U.S was partly money and the reason why marijuana is still prohibited in the U.S is grossly money. As too many white kids were turned criminals due to alcohol, some smart white people chose a different way of making money through alcohol without mass jailing of mistaken white kids. Today, every smart mind will admit the dangers of marijuana
... Its prevalence and negative effects affect America at large but more so black America. We must revisit that compromise ground that may involve some level of gambling. We have seen a racially divided America on as little as the O.J Simpson case. This issue will be no different, at least at some point. The good news is there are many 'Mr. Pat Robertsons' who will understand this is more about Justice than race. The millions of white Americans who smoke Marijuana will understand it is more about Justice than race. Like numerous white people helped abolished slavery and fought for the civil rights under-achievements – many non-smoking black and white people will understand this is more about Justice and tolerance than anything. On the other side, the fewer evil men will focus or shift the debate on the secondary issues by trading blames and looking for faulty wordings. No matter what they say or do, let us to stay focus with the conviction that evolution and statistics will justify our standing.
My appeal to Black America is to understand that: Freedom is something you ask and/or fight for. It is never given on a platter by the oppressors. So gently ask and smartly fight for your dues. There are different kinds and levels of fights. I am not asking anyone to take on the street for rioting, at least not at the moment. Marijuana is not necessarily a black thing. Smoking it does not make you black or any blacker. God knows why he seemingly made our children more attracted to it for testing purpose. Perhaps we will be rewarded more than others if we abstain from it or we may receive less punishment by using it. Just as we may ask why God make men weaker to women in respect to sex? The debate can be long but the responsibility to control ourselves has very little to do with what society accepts or condemns. It is a distinctive test from collective tests.
Incomparable to God's laws, human laws must not be rigidly worshiped. When the effects of laws produce worse than what they are meant to rectify – it is naturally wise to revisit those laws with alternative corrections. The laws are made for man, not man for laws. The war on drugs has woefully failed in America because: S/he who does not tolerate deserves the intolerable to learn to appreciate the tolerable. Decriminalizing marijuana is wiser for humanitarian reasons and perhaps even financially.
Ask yourself what percentage of white kids suffered before white America said enough on prohibition? A Similar percentage of white kids may be suffering to prompt the 'Pat Robertsons' to have compassion. Ask yourself what percentage of black America is suffering due to the criminalization of marijuana? The fewer evil men are content with latter. Beyond America, look at Portugal, Netherlands, Canada and many other countries. Canada has comparable marijuana problems as the U.S, less the crime rate. How Canada managed it with lesser crime rate is something you should borrow, improve, and cherish more than basketball and hockey. Marijuana is so prevalent in Canada that some conservative American politicians repeatedly blame Canada as part of America's drug problem. Marijuana is essentially decriminalized in Canada, the police literally ignore it here. We are just afraid to formalize it because the U.S may punish us; as about eighty percent of Canada's economy is said to be somehow linked with the U.S. We even had a political party called the Marijuana party of Canada but its founder Mr Blair Longley was eventually extradited to the U.S.
After this publication, America may order Canada to send me back to Africa or simply assassinate me. Canada has already punished me for standing up against America's evil but I am not afraid. I believe in Justice and will continue to stand for Justice. Thinkers are not the problem, we are the solution. You have frowned at my publications before Portugal started what you are seemingly interested in. Here is an interesting recent publication I took from the Associated press through yahoo.
I read: “Now, The united States, which has waged a 40 year, $1 trillion war on drugs, is looking for answers in tiny Portugal, which is reaping the benefits of what once looked like a dangerous gamble. White house drug czar Gil Kerlikowske visited Portugal in September to learn about its drug reforms, and other countries –including Norway, Danmark, Australia, and Peru – have taken interest, too.
“The disasters that were predicted by critics didn't happen,” Said university of Kent professor Alex Stevens, who has studied Portugal's program. “The answers are simple: provide treatment”.
Read carefully between the lines and don't be fooled by their ostensible interest to learn. The U.S is there to study what to criticize than what to learn from. And unless we fight diligently, the media will likely justify their excuses. Another interesting information by the writer, referring to Portugal, he said: “An estimated 100,000 people -an astonishing one percent of the population were addicted to illegal drugs. So like anyone with little to lose, the Portuguese took a risky leap. They decriminalized the use of all drugs in a groundbreaking law in 2000.”
Well, I guess if one percent is the new astonishing threshold to warrant efforts, then we should try really hard to prove one percent of the white house may be using marijuana. What percentage of America is using Marijuana and at what percentage will America consider serious efforts of alternative options?
With God's special help, we can win with ease. But under normal circumstances, we have a tough fight ahead. We can justify the need to decriminalize marijuana in the U.S through thinking, history, and other countries as examples. Concern citizens beyond race and political affliation should iniate a solid movement with aspiring action plans. Every three months, we need something new on our action plans beyond debating about it. We need solid action plans, secretly and openly. Secretly, because we will be against multi-billion dollar industries, a brutal government, and special interest groups who will be against us secretly and openly. We need God. Oh Universal Just God, lord of all that exist. It feels good to thank You joyously from the heart. Yes You have delivered some of Your promises and I humbly ask You to fulfill all Your promises to me. Even the heathens try to fulfill their promises. I know You have the right to soothe me like mothers give children pacifiers. But why would You ever do that? You are the universal just God, who has power over everything and need no one's permission.
Thank You, God. Thank You sincerely. You have blessed me through Showlove Trinity and even outside Showlove Trinity. You have relieved me from pain and keep giving me immense happiness. I have used Your name on the heathens and it works. You have shown me You are the lord of even the ungrateful Satan. How marvelous are You! You have shown me You can read my heart desires and hidden thoughts. Still I humbly ask You, knowing You know it before me.
Oh it feels good. From the time You gave me signs and when You deliver. Why do You show me WHAT but not WHEN? Forgive me if I ask awry questions like the stubborn child I am. You spared me in suspense but assisted me against evil whispers. I have rejected her suggestions because I knew You will deliver. Rightfully You delayed and rightfully You intervened. Thank You joyously. Thank you for that 'heavenly stretch'. Did you really healed me or is it all in my mind? Forgive me, Lord, for my shameful doubts but how can I hide from you. I guess it seems too good to be true. Lord You know it before me but please allow me to narrate, perhaps one of your slaves will learn and be more grateful. Forgive me Lord for seeking you last, rather than first and last. It started with on and off pain that I thought was part of life or normal. You know best but I believe I was not wrong in seeking Doctors, since you blessed us with Showlove Trinity. Help me to put them where they belong: in between. You are the true healer, not even the visitants that gave me the 'heavenly stretch'. By the way, May I ask You to thank and bless them for me?
Thank You joyously. Thank you for that 'heavenly stretch'. After realizing the pain was not normal, I visited some doctors. On flares, I have tried African doctors in Africa, British doctors in Africa, U.S doctors in different States, Canadian Doctors in different provinces, -- and it puzzled them all. It took them about twelve years before they notice or claim I have Ankylosing Spondylitis (A.S). They X-rayed me many times but couldn't see anything. They gave me pain killers that I am almost addicted to now. Need I admit that I believe normal and regular Sex, (not too much, not too little), was more helpful than their pain killers? May be is all in my mind, but thank you for creating her and even the pain killers. On a big flare in June 2010, They admitted me in Hospital for the first time in my life – one whole week in Hospital. Wrongly diagnosed me, believing I have “an hip infection.” They gave me “antibiotics” and pain killers, and I still wonder which one seemingly helped a little. They tested me for many diseases without any special written approval, all came out negative. Then one of them suggested they need my written approval to test me for HIV and that too was negative. I still remember the silly questions and looks he gave me before the HIV test. A smarter one among them admitted he really don't think I had an hip infection – he suggested further tests and with an arthritis specialist. They found out I have the HLA-B27 gene. The Doctor explained how rare the gene is among blacks and its shadowy linkage to A.S. They used M.R.I to finally diagnosed me with A.S. They claim there is no known cure for it. They recommended exercise which was very helpful, at least occasionally. Pain killers became my best friend and worse enemy.

In a vision, some agents told me they were sent to take care of me. They stretched me but extremely hard and painful. It was so painful that I told them is it possible to do half of it and come back to finish it up. The next morning I felt fairly better but as a doubter, I considered it just a dream. Few weeks later, I had similar visitors but it was far less painful, the second time. They stretched me about three times, tapped me, and told me: 'we have taken care of you'. Since then, I feel lot better.
Thank You joyously. Thank you for that 'heavenly stretch'. May I ask you to please clean-up after their mess? I suspect their antibiotics contribute to my weird feelings these days. I know I am partly guilty, but please bear with me and take care of me fully and forever more. Need I admit I suspect it was all your plan to teach me and/or the world? Forgive me for my awry confessions but how can I hide from you. You know best the marvelous spin offs you blessed me with through this sickness. Indeed, you have the power to bless with or without sickness. Please fulfill all your promises to me and surprise me with blessings beyond my heart desires. You have given me clear signs of reassurances that I will be among those brought near to You. I guess, by Your mercy – for indeed I am a sinner. Thank You sincerely and help me to be a better person. Let me love You more and Your just ways. Help me to help some of Your mistaken children.
Like You raised me from many sinful ways, forgive and raise those who love me among the mistaken humble ones. Allow me to set them free – allow me to separate them from much worse creatures. The creatures that misled them and the ones that stigmatized them. Let me draw them into the gate of Showlove Trinity and Justice. By association, let me elevate through choice and tolerance to create a third group.
Lord of everything that exists. You have clearly shown me You enjoy Justice and I will try to please You by fighting for Justice. Somethings I will ask for the purpose of teaching and humility. Help me and forgive me more than the heathens do to their children. Sometimes I may misinterpret You, treat me better than pet owners tolerate loving pets. Reward! Reward every freedom fighter. Reward those who sincerely help me and reward them immensely. Reward those who help free tolerable prisoners as those who free slaves. Let them be rewarded like or more than You mentioned in the Koran and the Bible.
The wrongs of our times are different but You are the lord that gives and reward proportionately. Out of Your mercy, intervene in their lives to know You and love You more. Help them like or more than You helped me. Let them see Your goodness, Your beauty, and every aspect of Justice.
Protect them lord. Protect them from the heathens. I know You may test some of them like You tested me. Please give them that mysterious comfort that mitigates and sometimes reverses normal effects. Erase fear from their hearts and feed them with contentment. Help them to be humble in attitude towards You, humankind, and other creatures. Let them be elevated on earth and in heaven. Guide them, protect them, and bless them.
Letter to NAACP and Black Leaders

The plight of millions of black youths who are in and out prison in the U.S should be a concern to every loving heart and mind but more so to the social black leaders. A close look will reveal Marijuana, or marijuana laws, as the gyro-spiral component to the greater part of the Dilemma.
Life is a distinctive test from collective tests and social leaders should understand their responsibilities to compromise and negotiate with political leaders. Appraisal measures and aspirations sometimes differ within the social and political levels. Still, Justice and tolerance should remain to be the focal point individually and collectively.
The need to decriminalize Marijuana in the U.S can be Justified through thinking, history, and other countries as example. Common sense and the official U.S statistics indicate Blacks have more problem with marijuana and Whites have more problem with alcohol. The official statistics also indicate Alcohol kills more people than all the illegal drugs combined, of which Marijuana barely contributes.
Within U.S history, every smart mind will agree money was the primary reason why alcohol was prohibited on moral claims when slavery and countless other atrocities was financially and 'morally acceptable'. Smart social leaders understood the dangers of mass jailing of mainly white kids to eventually legalize Alcohol. Smart social leaders also confronted political leaders on slavery to what is evidently more profitable, financially and beyond. While social leaders suffered more to initiate what political leaders reluctantly accepted with far more credits; I still believe smart social leaders should risk image and lives to put humanity over money in regards to marijuana.
The primary reason why U.S politicians prohibit marijuana is grossly money. They understand marijuana is not a very tax friendly product and will directly affect the cigarette and alcohol industries. As social leaders, we have to argue the other side, the humanitarian aspect. Justice will eventually pay more.
Beyond America, Portugal is one of the latest success to look beyond punishment. They had “one percent” of their population on drugs worse than marijuana. Without question, fifteen to thirty percent of Americans are using marijuana. Was Portugal suppose to learn from you at five or one percent? You have failed to push your politicians before Portugal and it is now over a decade of success in Portugal that you are ignoring. Canada, Netherlands, and many other countries understand the dangers of mass jailing of their kids. Only black leaders are allowing the mass jailing of our children through marijuana, directly and indirectly.
As leaders, we must understand the difference between equality on the law and equality before the law. We must also understand the indirect effects of criminalizing marijuana far outweighs the direct effects. Decriminalizing marijuana means a new curtain to draw from the streets rather than to push to the streets. As mentioned in the original call on www.mbioc.net, we must not fight the pro-legalization advocates but there is no question decriminalization is more advantageous for humanitarian and financial reasons. We can make it accessible with reasonable conditions to allow greater study, advice, and little bit of financial advantage to governments rather than uncontrolled private companies.
In this world of few good men, fewer evil men, and bunch of followers-- The fight is more about Justice than race but we must understand the fewer evil men are content as long as higher number of blacks are suffering. We cannot stop the racially divided statistics today or tomorrow. So let them frown at the secondary highlights but evolution and tomorrow's statistics will justify our standing. The decriminalization of marijuana will result in less black incarcerations, less black gangs, less black criminals, more jobs for blacks, and more black advancement in every aspect. Some of us may die in the struggle but some of us may live to witness the statistics without the credits. The universal Just God has much more for those who stand for Justice.
Every well wishing leader should understand those who stood for the legalization of alcohol in the U.S and the decriminalization of drugs in Portugal are not necessarily pro alcohol and drugs but brave smart minds. Every responsible parent will advice a child to stay away from drugs but how do you deal with your mistaken kids? Would you rather send them to teachers or police; to hospital or prison; to good associates or to criminals?
You have the option to look at irresponsible smoker in fear or to understand millions 'responsibly' smoke marijuana to the comparable level of the so called 'responsible' drinkers. You may know some of those 'responsible smokers' and others may be hiding because it is illegal. I am most certain that most of Black America will have little fear and enough understanding on the need to decriminalize marijuana. The millions of Whites who smoke marijuana will understand the call is more about Justice than race. Like in the fight to abolish slavery and attain civil rights under-achievements, non smoking whites and blacks will understand it is more about Justice and tolerance.
I call on black leaders to lead the fight but I call on every caring heart and mind to join the fight. Let us write to the political leaders, let us launch law-suits, distribute flyers, advertise through the Internet and media, march on the streets, and whatever it takes to set the children free from short sighted politicians and greedy special interests. What is obsession with punishment is the choice I despise. What is hating for God's choice if indifference cannot differentiate pain from happiness.

What is the principle and purpose behind the standing to legalize cigarette and alcohol? And how far should cigarette and alcohol consumers punish others for weaknesses on less harmful products? Why do we criminalize so many children?

S/he has whispered. S/he said I can be very rich, famous, and powerful . S/he whispered to abandon justice and move with the tide. S/he suggested to avoid any form of criticisms of the status quo and that I may compromise by looking for faults within my race, sex, and place of origin. To appease her, I started with I don't mind to talk about the shortcomings of my race, sex, and place of origin but why should I ignore others' faults, especially if others contribute with devious influences.
So s/he whispered again with examples. S/he said I am fit to be on TV and Radio, and s/he can make it happen. S/he said to Imagine the millions paid to Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'riley, Sarah Palin, Don Imus, Oprah Winfrey.... that I may even make morethan them because am “black.” S/he said they need more blacks but prefer those who sully their own as “hard love” . S/he said they will set me as examples that here is Black Man from Africa, very successful, then I can say 'anyone can make it America' and/or occassional insult black Americans through “hard love”. That I should worship my wife or even be a gay, then I will be a bigger hero but not to ever criticize women. S/he looked into my eyes, saw the rage, and started to admit: 'I understand there are good and bad people in every race and sex but You have to understand!' Then I told her that I care about money but more about God and Justice.
A little silence, then s/he whispered again. How about politics, s/he said. You can earn respect, control people, and earn fairly decent money. Look at Obama, we can get You close to him but You have to know what the people want to hear. I asked her how about what the people should hear – s/he said want means should in politics or to keep my mouth shut where there is conflict. I told her I rather lead from behind with pushing than to follow from the 'front' with dragging... That I believe in having freedom and giving it. S/he warned me that I am being hard headed, that they would have allowed me if I was a coward and/or less smart. S/he said s/he have the connections to recommend and dissociate. That unless I changed my attitude, that s/he won't allow me in the fiction world of screenplay and certainly not the prose world of journalism. S/he recommended hip-hop and reminded me their “special forces” still exist.

Nothing is secret to You, You are the omnipotent one – knower of all things, supporter of all creatures. You are the power distributor. Help me to be grateful and be just with Your blessings. Guide me, protect me, and bless me eternally. How marvelous are You the universal Just God. Your patience amazed saints and confused the heathens to be. Your mercy is immeasurable, thus no one can be grateful enough. No one can give Your true dues. No one can thank You enough. Forgive us our tolerable sins, forgive us our shortcomings. How marvelous are You the universal Just God. You who gave me or allow the sickness that seems to be a blessing. The sickness that led me to some of Your blessed servants. My partnership with them strengthen my faith and is even helping me on earthly successes. The good they couldn't do for themselves, nor to their children, You allowed it on me. The 'favored' victim, to be reminded but forbidden to speak. What has good to do with evil where weighing is forbidden? Is this a bait or compensation? How much I endure and endured? The half I endured will remain a secret. So where I speak, why forbid investigation. Please remind me tolerance but practice it first. Why did You punished me or punishing me for what? Or is this favor a license to hurt? Tolerance, tolerance, You are singing in half tone; punishment, punishment, You mistaken as justice. Oh! How much I wish You know the components. Know the components but also the relationship. How much You know about power distribution? What is power to choice, not weakness to tolerance? What is Justice to Tolerance or Tolerance to Justice.

S/he who does not tolerate deserves the
intolerable, to learn to appreciate the tolerable. God curse be upon
my intolerable manager, the loved to be begged manager. S/he who
cowardly fires, s/he who is quick to say : 'I want him out of here'
on tolerable differences. S/he who gave those unjust orders in the
name of discipline. S/he who puts personal emotions over company's
interest and Justice. Why can't s/he focus on Justice or at least the
company's interest? S/he had a minor exchange with a great
contributor, a sub-ordinate. So S/he ordered a lower manager to 'fire
the guy, find a reason', s/he said. I guess
the exchange cannot be a reason to her higher bosses and why s/he
gave the order, when s/he have the authority? Yes, s/he can hide from
man but not from God. My colleague, the great contributor, was also a
coward who overheard the over reactions to eventually start kissing
her ass. So s/he pacified like the usual
love to be begged. Now s/he loves him more than any one of us. So
s/he cannot see her wrongs, or just playing blind, to keep
threatening people. How many times and to how many people s/he said :
'I want him out of here'? Now s/he said s/he does not like my
attitude but dare not tell me. S/he neither advised me nor prayed for
my improvement. Instead s/he is starting a war in her obsession with
punishment. Tell her I am very different from her ex-victims. Yes! I
will stand up for my rights! And I will imprecate. I will ask the
lord who sees and knows the secret of all humankind to curse all my
enemies, the open and hidden ones. Curse her and/or bless me with
something much better. Today, s/he hate me 'most'

differences. Feel free to search and pile up my mistakes while You
ignore others. Feel free to give Your usual orders. Do You really
know the meaning of OPPORTUNITY and RESPONSIBILITY in the world of
trust? I will skip Justice to talk about interest because you know
very little about Justice, including tolerance. Shouldn't we all
appreciate the opportunity this company gives us and responsibly
consider her interest? As a manager, I assume you understand the cost
involved in training new employees? Perhaps you rather gamble that
they may be much more competent than I am or let me allow you to use
it as an excuse. The past is too evident but your conscience don't
know regrets, cannot imagine improvement over gambling, or may be
appeased by unexecuted orders. The future is too vague but question
yourself on the present. Among your employees, list the ten

“Reprieve”! Not forgive. Reprieve what and from when. God I know You know Justice more than I do. Is there not a difference in what Satan did to You, did to me, and is doing to me? You gave her reprieve on what s/he did to You but what are my rights on what s/he did to me and is doing to me. Yes I know You will make her pay but please hear my request as a humble victim. About half of what s/he owes me, let it be heaven for me but at least quarter of what s/he owes me, let it be hell on her on earth. No more total reprieve, at least for me and those who believe with me. I will like her to start seeing the pain, so that the children will stop copying her. S/he said, “Justice delayed is Justice denied”; I doubt it even with humankind. How many times did human compensation reached 'am glad I was a victim'? Still, let's use it against her. I am content with little heaven if it means expedited hell for her. Yes! I am upset in her arrogance and cruel greed that contributes to our pain on earth. The pain is so huge that it is destroying some heavens. S/he is confusing many children that will be hard to save anyway. So I recommend choices like Adfec as a compromise. And I recommend decriminalizing marijuana as a witness among other things. I know earthly pain only makes me less Godly. Shame on me but how can I hide from You God? I rather help those who are like me beyond race. You reduced my earthly pain and I became more Godly. So help me reduce the children's earthly pain and perhaps some of them will be more Godly. Let Justice prevail through choice and tolerance.
“Reprieve” partly, if there is punishment due on marijuana. And if there is no punishment due, why should we let her keep destroying the children? Lord please intervene, her evil tactics is too complex for the children. S/he feed us her cigarette, including myself, from around age nine. Now s/he is hypocritically suing the tobacco industry. S/he gambled her children with “prohibition” but was quick to say 'we cannot keep jailing too many of our children'. Now s/he celebrate with “beer summit” regardless of what statistics blame or urge Rappers as role models . Even the so called Rastafarians are following her as deity. Jamaica has seen a rise in alcohol consumption more the rise in marijuana consumption. Bob Marley said “Alcohol is the destruction of humankind...” and may side with me on the need for Adfec zones but unless we subdue America first, I doubt if Jamaica will have any respect for me and Bob Marley. Jamaica is not Netherlands, America will crumble her if s/he choose what America did for her children on alcohol. I wish Jamaica will play blind more than Canada, while I tackle stubborn America. How and Why Drug Money is exaggerated ?

Lies and misunderstanding contribute to why many people are under the illusion that the drug world is the easiest means to riches. Like any industry, there are rich drug dealers but realistic people should gauge things based on average. The average drug dealers are relatively poor and struggling more than “Joe, the plumber” who heckled then Candidate Obama for wanting to raise taxes on incomes of $250,000.00. You don't have to make one quarter million a year to make more than the average drug dealer.
The U.S Justice system is designed to make money more than anything imaginable. So U.S authorities knowingly exaggerate the drug world to attract poor children among other things. They claim the drug world is a multi-billion industry with dubious and misleading guaging. Drug seizures are measured in retail value, which is very wrong. How much do they really know about the drug industry? According to the official U.S drug enforcement administration web site, in 2009, they 'seized about 666,120 kgs of marijuana', which was the highest seizure in 24 years. That is about the same quantity our team of five people sold within three months when we sold wholesale marijuana in three cities. In others words, what the whole U.S police saw in a whole year in about 52 states, we saw it in three months in three cities. In 2008, they seized 660,969.2 kgs. In almost every other year within the last 24 years, they seized about 250,000kgs and in 1990, only 127,792 kgs.
Without question, “marijuana is the most popular drug” and where evidently the most of the estimated drug money is. Have you ever imagine what is the U.S marijuana industry worth and about how many people have to share it? If the police can seize 0.1 to 10 percent of what is consumed, how dangerous is the 90 percent plus consumed? Although police have other duties, think of it as a grocery store. As an investor or manager, space and resources must be wisely utilized. Just as any wise manager will fire a salesperson with one percent closing ratio. Just as a product that occupies lot of space, time, and human resources should generate income or be replaced – we must rethink our position on policing marijuana. Listen to all the excuses on the one percent closing ratio but why should you trust her lies; bring in a different product, may be s/he will be a better salesperson.
So when the authorities seized 100 pounds of marijuana and quarter million dollar in cash, they called on the media and estimate it in retail value. Ten headline news in a year, “bravo! Salute to our law enforcement.” End of year, they totalled it and again in retail value. Dummies will react differently to this misinformation.
They chose to estimate it in retail value for two main reasons: One, to look hard-working to the tax payers, who may never question what percentage of city or country consumption is seized or why the percentage information is intentionally and repeatedly excluded. Two, to attract the poor unemployed or underemployed ghetto kid to the drug world without questioning what is the true value, how the cash money was acquired, and how many have to share it.
Some dummy tax payers may never ask if the seized cash, bail money, and expensive car seized is enough to sustain ten prisoners or five scholarships. We can give them other reasons like cocaine, violent crimes, and road building to raise taxes. S/he must never be informed of the percentage realities because s/he may question the true effects of the unseized marijuana.
The ghetto kid who have to struggle for fast food job may understandable think drug is the only way out. As much as we ought to appreciate the occasional media urging for education, we must not ignore the effects of their intentional misinformation. These poor kids deserve to know the true value rather than the exaggerated retail value; they deserve to know the cash may have been acquired through other means beside marijuana and many people may have to share what may seem as big money.
Information manipulation is relatively easy to unsuspecting followers. Like writers chose words for reasons, governments use guaging formulas to target... It is not by accident that the U.S government uses its deviant way of measuring unemployment to derive trust that boosts her economy. Bernard Madoff and many bankrupt companies manipulate information to their advantage to the last minute. Dummies in the drug industry may knowingly or unknowingly exaggerate drug money for different reasons. But why is the U.S government exaggerating the drug industry? Try to picture the drug world as one company (industry) with sub-companies. Think of it as Walmart from production to retail. Let's say we have walmart production, walmart distribution, walmart wholesale, walmart sub-retail, and walmart retail. If walmart production creates a product that is to retail $100 but sells it to walmart distribution at $25; walmart distribution sells it to walmart wholesale at $40; walmart wholesale to sub-retail at $65; and walmart sub-retail to walmart retail at $80. How stupid will it be to estimate Walmart retail true value based on the full $100 without considering running cost , possible discounts, shop lifting, bad debts, etc. Or much worse, how stupid will it be to think if one truck of Walmart distribution had an accident, that $100 value is lost through accident. Suppose you were to buy stocks from these walmarts, what will you value the stocks of Walmart production versus Walmart wholesale? Do you think the most cruel government will tax Walmart distribution, considering the mentioned truck accident, the same amount as Walmart retail?
The drug world is relatively the same. Marijuana growers cannot earn the retail value of their products and no one should estimate its seizure or discovery as retail value. The distributor has to see the wholesaler as partner or employee; beyond discounting, bursting the wholesaler will cost the distributor some money. A wholesaler may hardly have over five pounds at a time and will be too dumb to sell $5 or $10 retail bags. Since few retailers can afford to buy over one pound at a time, the industry has sub-retailers selling quarter pound to one pound. These facts are known to police and they listen to phone calls to know the average price at every level. There is no meaningful reason to estimate a ten pound burst at retail value. When you buy that $5, $10, or $20 bag of marijuana, think of the running cost of the retailer, and ask yourself how much of that money goes to the retailer, sub-retailer, wholesaler, distributor, producers, police bribery etc.
When you mis-estimate on a new business venture, you may abuse employees, take loans, blame partners etc before bankruptcy. The poor ghetto kid with little or no business knowledge is bound for worse pitfalls. After denied bagging job through drug testing or hearing an over-estimated drug burst, s/he may rush in to the drug world to learn the hard way. S/he may not know Wholesale is not retail; gross sales is not gross profit; and gross profit is not net profit. So s/he may smile over $1000 a week as far better than fast food job. When it is time to pay that loan, pay bail, and/or get a lawyer on a small burst, s/he may start to blame partners. Frustration due to ill calculated expectations is among the leading cause of violence in the drug industry. When the profit margin remain low, you may try to rob not only partners and should robbery money be calculated as drug money. The sub-retailer or retailer may never know more than two members of the wholesale team, so s/he is likely to overstate how much his/her supplier really makes.
Beside robbery, inheritance is another part of the drug world that I believe shouldn't be calculated as drug money. If we truly want the people to stay away from drugs, we must choose words and metric choice better than the corrupt journalists and political robots. We must force them to breakdown how they come about with the total value of the drug industry and the need to separate them. For example, the music industry is divided into product sales, performance revenues, advertisement, other royalties etc. Beyond that, we can estimate how much of that is Reggae or Hip-hop. We should demand similarly on the drug industry, how much is the marijuana industry ? One Trillion dollar or two million dollars in the U.S alone? If they choose a high dollar value, we should question the number of consumers and the average consumption per day. What is the income of the average marijuana smoker and what percentage is spent on marijuana? Ask Similar questions to ultimately prove that the maths is not adding-up. They or the drug dealers will ultimately agree we need a robbery industry estimation like we need a mortgage industry within banks. So should we place drug robbery and bank robbery on the robbery industry, gang industry, or bank's write-off?
They may eventually have to admit they are calculating some law enforcement payments as part of the drug industry. A Grammy reggae star, Buju Banton, is on trial in the U.S on drug related charges. If you believe he is guilty or 'entraply' involved, that is a paramount evident of people's illusion about the money in drugs. How often is Buju Banton paid over $2000 to $10,000 a night, of which he may have to share. He claimed to have made “$400,000 from his tour”, far more than what the average drug dealer makes. What is the realistic drug worth he is allegedly involved with at least two people? Please use your mind, I don't want to repeat some questions and explanations. However, I will like to note that, according to many reliable sources, 'the informant in Buju's case, Alexander Johnson, was an ex-drug dealer who's been paid $3.3 million for working with law enforcement over few years.' Wouldn't you guess this money is considered part of the drug industry value? So we need to know the average income in the drug industry but also the average income of the real drug dealer excluding robbery, inheritance, legal earnings of side business etc. I am wondering if I need to apply to be a drug informant or a terrorist informant? And every tax payer should ask why the man is paid $3.3 millions when the total drug seizures is way under 10 percent?
If you are under the illusion that hard drugs is where the money is, I want you to replace crack or cocaine on the many questions raised in this article. There are too distinct consumers in hard drugs: the fairly 'stable' user from the banker to the entertainer; and the ordinary crack head on the street. $20 will get you something from the street, but you cannot have the volume like marijuana and you have higher risks to spend on police bribery, bail, lawyer fees etc. So 25 customers on $60 average is $1500 but that is gross sales, excluding cost, and how many can manage 25 x 3 transactions a day and for how long. Some will make more than Joe, the plumber, but The average hard drug retailer does not make $300 NET PROFIT a day. If you want to sell to the stable users, you can charge more than $20 but you will have to settle for way less than the quantity in street crack or Marijuana.
To avoid ending up with a book, we will have to wrap it up but please utilize you mind and share this information. Next time you hear a drug burst estimated in retail value, ask yourself what does it really mean? That a small aspect of way less than 10 percent of drugs consumed is caught. Does that really translate to under ten percent less consumption or will other suppliers fill the gap? What is the effect of publishing the exaggerated value? Does it mean less or more people attracted to the drug world? The monies seized means prosecutors and Judges will get paid but does it guarantee conviction or less drugs consumed, or cheaper education for your child through the media? Censor, Bribed Cops, or faulty System (part 2)

On the night of January 21, 2011, The police unnecessarily came to my home in an apparent attempt to arrest me. Thank God, they woefully failed, at least this time. Although I am personally concern, the primary reason I am sharing the information is to spare people from unnecessary arrest, save tax payers money, improve the Justice System, -- all of which will help build a better society. By myself, I simply cannot do it, so I am urging you to join me with prayers, letter writings, and anything you can possibly think may help.
I will explain what happened and why I believe you should agree with me that it is censor and/or faulty system. I had a traffic ticket with the option to pay it or appear in court. I forgot to pay it and didn't appear in court. So the faulty norm is they will issue an arrest warrant for not appearing in court, without notification. I don't think I am above the law but I do believe faulty laws exist and it is our collective duty to improve such laws that are discriminately enforced.
Most jurisdictions will wait to caught-up with the accused on such flimsy warrants and even then a discretionary decision may be taken. Few police chiefs will discriminately used such loopholes as “neighborhood crackdown” or racial profiling. On least rare cases, it can be used to humiliate and/or intimidate activists they disagree with. I believe my case was of the latter but even if you doubt my assumption, I will show how and why we need to change the norm (law).
Since governments and most people understand money language beyond anything, I will argue my position financially before humanitarian reasons. Beyond warrants through traffic tickets, I believe all misdemeanor arrest warrants should be doubly notified through email, good old mail, telephone, text messaging etc. If they can notify Michael Jackson on serious felony charges that saved police gas money, give a guilty Martha Stewart to choose when to start imprisonment... why can't an ordinary tax paying person be notified on misdemeanor charges to possibly save all of us money. Was it cheaper to send the police to my house or to send me a letter that I wouldn't mind to pay for the stamps? The cost involved in carrying out arrests, from gas, time, vehicles etc, can easily add-up to lot of money that you and I must pay for. I will prefer to take the bus or walk to the police station at my convenient time than to be given the worst ride ever.
May be they want to claim more arrests for some illusory reasons like image but this paragraph is about financial. Arrests cost us money directly and indirectly. Don't let them fool you with wild examples, we are talking about misdemeanor. Many responsible tax payers commit traffic offenses and may forget like I did. How much can society possibly lose through arrest? An arrest record may cost a person (plus society) different kind of opportunities depending on the level of education, general understanding, and/or their surrounding. The frustrations can also lead someone to overreactions that may have financial impact beyond the person. We cannot assume everyone knows how to answer, “have you ever been arrested.” And one can be smart in one aspect but dumb in another aspect. Suppose they succeeded in arresting me and it somehow cost me a job-- do we ever imagine the financial cost to society or should we just keep blaming the person where we could have help? Although seriously underemployed, of which I am partly to be blamed, In 2010, I have paid over fifteen thousand dollars in taxes through my day Job and that does not include sales tax and other taxes. Again, do not let them distract you with 'paying taxes don't put anyone above the law.' We are talking about misdemeanor and the possible impact of such faulty laws, obsessed with punishment. The minimum wage worker and middle class deserve notifications because Britney Spears can afford an accountant to remind her and they would have notified her on felony or misdemeanor charges just like they did to Michael Jackson, Martha Stewart and many other rich folks. Why the double standard?
Beyond financial, we need to consider the humanitarian aspect and with sincerity. No one wants to be surprisingly humiliated. Why should we unnecessarily arrest a father or mother in front of their children? A mistaken teenager should not be unnecessarily arrested while going to a nightclub. The fewer evil men may come-up with many excuses like absconding, but the reality remains, most people will tackle misdemeanor arrest warrants face on. With notification, The difference to the accused is at the most convenient time, less stress, and sometimes to completely avert arrest on a win-win basis with society. Our resources will be better utilized to reduce worse crimes.
Time! Why should police waste precious time we paid them for on flimsy cases to give way to worse crimes? About A week after they wasted so much time to arrest me... A senior police officer was on the newspapers lamenting on the city's high crime and murder rate – claiming that they don't have time and human resources to meet expectations. If two police officers spent so much time on me on traffic related offense, I can certainly see why you don't have time for worse crimes but will other ordinary citizens understand? Working efficiently often works effectively! A simple letter from the Judge that an arrest warrant has been issued against me – That I can either pay the fine, report to a police station, or to eventually face possible arrest would have been much more efficient and effective than the indirect route they took. A well paid robot Judge issuing arrest warrant through police but not to the person; a useless police chief wasting his own time on sending two officers with a car, gas, guns, telephone, radio, time etc; Some robot police officers knocking at my door after 11pm, cowardly having one hand on the gun as evidently shown through my security camera system – All on a misdemeanor! If they had killed me based on any excuse, you may still believe they are doing a good Job. If they have arrested me, criminalize me through overreactions or other ways, then a new route have to be trod. This time from the police to the Judge, to possible imprisonment that you may have to pay for. The same judges and politicians who skipped notification to poor residents on misdemeanor will then argue they don't have money to keep criminals or law made criminals. Send them back to the streets with fake chances. The only chance I may have then is to join a gang and the only chance I need now includes a simple notification that may preserve my dignity, save tax payers money, and uplift society in general.
Why do I consider it censor through intimidation? The U.S has been monitoring me right after September 11, when I wrote one of the most damning articles and when they were nervously keeping a database of people who even read certain books. One of the newspapers that published my article, loved it so much to have it as sub-headline but with an editor disclaimer that 'they don't necessarily condone my thoughts...'. It was the first and last time I saw such understandable but cowardly disclaimer on a newspaper to avoid punishment. I have other political issues with the U.S government and will keep fighting. Through pressure, The U.S is using the Canadian Immigration against me, Canadian police on me, even private citizens to impact my private life. This very case is one of the latest I endured unnecessarily. Perhaps, using GPS tracking through my phone, they knew I was at home. The cops were so determine that night , knocking hard on my front door, back door, and even the window! – all of which can be verified through my security cameras. They wasted so much time and I can see them talking on their radio, reporting to whoever sent them. I will have few photos of the police at my home on www.mbioc.net to possibly increase credibility.
Once again, I am worried beyond myself but strongly believe we can improve the faulty Justice system. Try to value your tax dollars and try to value social activists. Western countries, especially the United States and Canada are terribly engage is passive censor that is increasingly becoming active censor. All on misdemeanor! or more precisely, to censor a spirit of Justice that is trying to improve and save lives, including police lives.

In this world of few good men, fewer evil men, and bunch of followers -- censor is among the worse weapon of the fewer evil men across time and places. The wicked and corrupt minded will use Fear to win the naive by highlighting the weakness of the bunch of followers to eventually censor the few good men. The more we understand the factuality in the three different type of groups, the more we should understand the dangers of fear and censor.
Through evolution, it is evidently harder to censor but even scanty censor should be worrisome to the caring. The fewer evil men are not interested in censoring the bunch of followers but the few good men and those who echo them. So allowing one billion bunch of followers the right to expression should not blind us to bless or give room the censoring of a tainted image. We must not fear the voice of even the fewer evil men but bravely confront them by unweaving the hidden evil in their message. Since the few good men are still humans, imperfect, with limitations, and truly few – it is important for all of us to humbly see ourselves as bunch of followers who need to be open-minded and less-judgmental. More important is to seek skeptically and protect smartly the few good men – this means zero tolerance on censor, valuing thoughts from tarnished image, valuing and protecting all lives including the fewer evil men. Most important is to erase fear in ourselves by understanding the significant reality of the not few, but fewer evil men, who have to hide.
A misguided message can be fueled by greed in business or simple illusions of fear or arrogance in the propagator. Either way, society must choose something better than censor to contain such misinformation. We shouldn't cowardly claim the fewer will win the few over the followers in the search for the common good.
There is active censor and passive censor. Those who believe in passive censor may secretly resort to active censor in despair. As the western world police third world countries on extreme censor, there are worrisome laws, shrouded censor, in the west claiming to fight “hate”. We must understand the limitations and extreme dangers of such laws. Both the United States and Canada has such laws, perhaps reserved for the 'Marcus Garveys'. There are KKK web sites, hate messages and hate crimes in both countries. Hate crimes suspects are often acquitted and can even levitate after convictions. Still, they are pushing to eternally punish those who misspoke or use “hateful” message. Defining “hateful message” will be the first mighty challenge, not to mention applying appropriate effective punishment. Using such laws to charge or deport any 'Marcus Garvey' cannot delay evolution as the heathens may wish. The U.S had the agreeable Mr. Nelson Mandela on suspected “terrorist list” until recently and it was certainly for the purpose of censor beyond Mandela. Such laws are deterrence tactics that wrongly focus on “persons” instead of “thoughts”, thus inevitably take false comfort in the goodness of “persons” as effective results but ignorant to its deterrence of thoughts and other ill-effects.
If we tolerate such laws in the west, we cannot forbid them in any country. When the cartoonist mocked prophet Ahmat of Islam, some newspapers around the world including the U.S and Canada re-published the cartoons. In an Islamic country, it will be very easy to claim such message as hatred. A man who analyze or even criticize the words of Ahmat or Jesus may have lot more to offer humankind but may fall under the ill definition of hatred over the cartoonist. The sissy laws can easily protect cowardly caricaturing a person over bravely discussing thoughts.
The fewer evil men are crafty in hiding as cockroaches but deadly as snakes in venom. Whereas Semite means any linkage to Abraham in religion or blood, in the western world it seems to mean only Jews and Judaism. So western “anti-hatred” is mainly 'anti anti-Jews laws'. Mr. Salman Rushdie is defended and is not 'anti Semite' in his scurrilous provocation: “The Satanic verses”; Mr. Farakhan, a Muslim (Semite), is labeled anti-Semite for calling Judaism a “gutter religion”; Mr. David Ahenakew, a Canadian aboriginal leader, is charged for labeling Jews as “a disease”; President George W Bush labeled some countries “axis of evil”; Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada described killings of innocent people, by Israel, as “measured”; Mr. Geert Wilders, Dutch lawmaker and film maker, can legally castigate Islam; I am allowed to caricature Jesus Christ more than the newspapers did to Muhammad but never question Judaism. The inconsistency is not only hypocritical but dangerous as well. Cowardice is causing fights within the semitic religions and they want to establish censor laws that will affect agnostic freedom fighters. If we accept such laws in the west, how can we stop third world countries from fighting opponents through such laws?
Britain bars Mr. Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam from Britain as a form of censor. Imagine the number of rappers in and outside Britain who say worse things than Mr. Farrakhan. Imagine the number of terrorists and gangsters Mr. Farrakhan could have change with his disagreeable message. What percentage of Farakhan's message is 'dangerous' and when was the last time he offended Jews? Still, they fear the voice of Mr. Farakhan than the worse rapper or rock star.
The U.S is certainly using such laws to bar others from entering the U.S. In Europe, Many Reggae artists are being censored with travel ban for echoing the bible on homosexuality. We cannot ban the bible and those artists are still echoing the message that is being played all over the world. When UK reggae artists echo the message, how do we have to punish them? Censor is just the wrong way that promotes only evil. The same Reggae artists will use the word murder or kill while making a dubplate (special song) for sound A against sound B and the next day for Sound B against sound A. They may say 'murder the pussy' in admiration. So the word kill or murder may have complete different meaning between two people. Most certainly, some reggae artists are homophobic but very few of them dare kill a person due to sexual orientation. Even without such echoing, some people will try to kill homosexuals. So how much censor can “save” lives arguably depends on miscalculations between thoughts, words, and actions. How can we censor dangerous thoughts if the focus is only on words?
The active effects of passive censor are manipulable in politics to insinuate fear or take credits in false comfort to justify evil standing. As long as people are terrified or do not understand the complex composition to their problems, cowards will bless censor. So our responsibilities must include erasing fear by showing the true relationship between thoughts, words, and actions. We must also re-explain after negative actions that allowing words thwarts negative actions more than any form of censor. Of course, the fewer evil men will argue they fight negative words and actions or accuse the good are naive to fight only actions. So we must re-argue that we fight negative thoughts, words, and actions – censor can never fight negative thoughts that may explode or hide to surprise with negative actions. We may still need to pin-point where and how words impedes negative words, thoughts, and actions. Like love, the relationship between thoughts, words, and actions in hatred is not a linear one-way traffic but a cyclic multi-path traffic that is interdependent.
In Showlove Trinity, we understand that the Individual, social, and political levels should harmoniously co-exist. However, principles and standards should not uniformly overlap within fields, much more levels. There are things we ought to differ as we ought to share. President Bill Clinton once wishfully said, “the era of big government is over.” The ugly realities of our time sharply contradict the beauty of his wishful wordings. I doubt if even Mr. Clinton understood his wordings considering his standing then and now. Explaining the correlation of the three levels to the average mind requires books, not article or paragraph. For too long, political leaders wore the shoes of social leaders causing social unrest. The era of big government may not be over but should definitely be over.
Censor at the individual level (between individuals) exists mainly after wrongful wordings. A sincere and timely apology is often enough to resolve problems at this level. Occasionally, across levels, there may be the need for explanation, limited probational snubbing, reasonable restitution or even justifiable imprecation. Censor at this level is really mild and is not the focus of this particular writing. It is censor within and between the social and political levels that is dangerous and worrisome to whoever understands the essence of words, freedom, and justice.
Censor within the levels not only infringes on rights but also disturbs the natural beauty in harmony. Worse of all, we apply censor in the name of standards and in the wrong direction. Yes! Learning requires “let's” but justice is more than obsession with punishment. We must render deserve choice before tolerance – that means possible huge difference before questioning or condemnation. The lower levels should scrutinize and police wordings of the higher levels more, instead of the reverse in present concentrations. Likewise, the standard of expectations cannot be uniformed nor imposed across levels. Every level should naturally resolve its problems with minimal help, preferably from the bottom, especially within the world of words. When people make gross mistakes with words, they often retract and repent with sincere remorse . So only the arrogant may deserve punishment, for wordings, that time can deliver. As such, the world has little reasons to fear words.
A defiant after mistaken wordings may deserve some form of hard lessons that should never include censor, nor eternal dissociation. Between thoughts, words, and deeds – who among humankind is free from negative thoughts? As a sinner, I cannot claim I will never wrong someone with deeds, so I prefer to wrong with words and urge utmost tolerance to those who wrong with words.
Moses was labeled “rudeboy” by pharaoh long before some foolish Jamaican singers are claiming that Jamaicans are the pioneers... of rudeboy with faulty deeds; Jesus Christ uttered offensive words and was certainly guilty of breaking laws with words; Ahmat established Islam with beautiful but offensive criticisms of Christianity and beyond; The fight between communism and capitalism included very low wordings; Any form of bringing about change must be offensive somehow. So I authorize you to break unjust laws first with words and remind lawmakers that identifying the wrongs of our times must be offensive somehow. Constructive criticisms is like renovation that may include some form of demolition.
As a well meaning writer, there are things I may never write but never will I try to please humankind with wordings. My focus on how and why is very sensitive to when and where but blindly reach out to who may need in respect to what. I also happen to be song writer and pass-time singer. There are things I may comfortably say on a Dancehall beat but less likely on a roots Reggae beat. If a reckless journalist misinterprets my dancehall lyrics on mainstream Media – I belief I will be able to defend my wordings on any planet based on the circumspect six.
A song for the world, is not to the wide world. A writer has the duty to communicate measurably but also the reader has the responsibility to interpret with considerable honesty. As one faulty old African (wollof) saying, in respect to freedom of speech and value of tolerance, astutely says, “Words don't get ugly, it's the interpretation that gets ugly.” Presently, African leaders censor with up to death sentence, and western leaders censor with eternal dissociation, no-fly list, Visa denials, “suspected terrorist list”, intimidation and perhaps lot more. Another old African (wollof) saying says, “Bravery on your skin, goodness with your sweat.” You should not gamble pain on others' skin and claim it as “bravery”, nor should you overtax others' sweat to bribe nations you rob and hurt to claim it as “goodness”. Considering these beautiful African sayings, may be western evolution should humbly look back to the Africa they looked down upon, as we are losing too many 'Socrates'. Your intoxicated students are killing us -- A true African should never fear words.
In all honesty, my personal experience with the western world is relatively fair. I enjoy mixed 'favors' for my writing even at Government level. Presently, they are delaying my immigration papers on excuses and may even deny me my dues due to my writings. I know I would have won scholarships, Pulitzer prizes, or much more if I were to dance to their rhythms. I have solid evidence that I have been under surveillance since sept 11. In time, they may confess or declassify certain information to convince skeptics. Such worries, family advice or concerns, and 'censor laws' contributed to some form of self-censor. If a daring writer as myself can be affected, how many valuable thoughts may go unexpressed? Like I defied some friends and family advice to keep writing, I want my fellow writers to understand that death is too possible to be feared. Dissociation to “who” is cowardice to promote censor among cowards. If you learn anything from me, please understand that scanty western censor nearly deny you valuable information.
The evasive nature and image consciousness of the western world contribute to why the average mind may not even believe how censor exists in the West. Unlike torture, censor cannot be uncovered like the prisons in Iraq or Guantanomo Bay. Many minds will agree the prevalent fear in the west has augmented obsession with reckless 'punishment' based on mere suspicion. It is due to such cowardice why they spy over and censor harmless beings like myself to “prevent” problems in their sick minds. Those who torture suspects will certainly censor suspects. Some may argue the tortured are “terrorists” not ordinary suspects because they over-trust the west, under emotions for innocent people, or simply obsessed with punishment. Again, we see how DNA freed hundreds of death row suspects who were convicted by judges and juries through convincing “evidence” by the trusted. It is easy for governments to dig, demonize, and censor an innocent being they fear for whatever reason. The charges may not be over words... but the scrutiny, visa denials, dissociation etc indirectly over words are the hints about the dangerous form of censor beyond the shortsighted. We must collectively say no to censor, including passive censor. We must understand not every terror suspect is a terrorist, not every rape suspect is a rapist, and no“instigator” suspect deserves censor. When we unduly fear the terrorist, rapist, or activist, we may pursue them to the level of planting, influencing, or ignoring evidence under the illusion of 'fighting evil'. It is not fair to have a spy team watching over a writer/activist to eventually charge him/her on frivolous offences we ignore on millions. Certainly, it is much worse when fear resort us to denying dues, planting or ignoring evidence. ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
In 2004, long before New York Times exposed the U.S government spy program, I wrote about the U.S keeping a database of those who borrow/purchase books they deem dangerous. I also noted in that article if they will 'spy' on readers, how much further will they go after writers of thoughts they deem dangerous. Luckily, I didn't reveal an FBI identity. Compare my hints as an individual long before New York times as an institution fell on Government's net over a similar problem. The problem is of fear more than anything and the answer can be any smart mind – so the cowards focus on those few minds.
The noble Koran tells us, “fear is something Satan casts in the hearts of human beings.” As a human being, I cannot stop Satan and her agents from casting fear. I admit I may fear for a minute or two, but I can assure you that I will never let fear live in me – I will cast it out. Instead of spy teams, It is wiser to have challenge teams who may privately or openly meet with my type rather than trying to censor us. I won't take bribery to betray justice but I am ever willing to learn better ways. If you believe we have the mind to influence minds but disagree with our methods, then you need to come talk to us rather than cowardly censor us. Any form of unjust pressure against my type attracts anger and incites avoidable fights. Censor augments problems, it doesn't minimize problems.
The beloved Jesus Christ mingled with prostitutes, thieves, under-representing tax collectors, and those who blasphemed God with words. Today, a leader may perfectly pardon murderers and dine with gangsters but the slightest association with people who misspoke is an outright 'disqualification.' We should be brave enough to share the podium with those who misspoke and rectify their wordings before their followers. If the devil deserves a due, then every human being deserves uncensored voice. The political leader who rejects lobbyist money may be taking gangsters' money. The lobbyist may not be worse than political millionaires asking minimum wage workers to contribute to campaigns of tearing down each other through unlimited ads instead of presenting meaningful policies that should include minimizing the duration and limits of political ads or methods of campaigning. Making association a problem encourages eternal dissociation against those who 'wrong' with words over deeds.
In the world of the circumspect six: What, When, HOW, Who, WHY, and Where -- Dissociation to “who” cannot be legit against a time proven repented sinner or someone willing to sincerely discuss the wrong aspect of “how” in wordings. A fraction of WHAT we say or a fraction of WHO we associate with cannot define who we are – instead it is the net HOW and WHY of our words, thoughts, and deeds that define us.
We must understand that we need wrongs on earth to fulfill the purpose of creation: Justice. Let the Muslims understand that Allah “wants to fill hell with men and Jinn”. Let the Christians understand that Jesus will not come to eternally dissociate with “who” due to wordings and embrace adulterers, abortionists, and gangsters. Let secular minds understand that Justice requires choice and tolerance – and words are least harmful and most useful to human evolution. If a “forgiving” Allah cannot forgive words, nor wait... or if a “savior” Jesus is a coward to words, then we ought to be cautious of a god descending from the sky, shouting “secularism!”, but cowardly promoting even scanty censor of dissociation or more.
My point is not to 'disrespect' religions, nor offend people, but to establish a factual notion that only mistaken creatures or a devil in disguise can fear words to the level of censor. I believe the real Allah and the real Jesus Christ are against censor and can patiently wait on 'intolerable' wordings. The problem is we make-up illusory religious and secular standards that are counter-productive. If we truly love Ahmat of Islam, Jesus Christ, or any good teacher, we should be able to see the hurdles they commonly faced was censor in different forms. Whenever a person or society undervalues the essence of learning new ways, there lies the dangerous form of arrogance that may reject the best of humankind.
The beloved Malcolm X is a perfect example of 'being ready to learn new or better ways' beyond words. If Mr. Malcolm X can evolve from some of his understandably 'low' racial thoughts and words; or if Abraham Lincoln, an ex-slave owner, deserves eternal recognition after evil thoughts, words, and deeds! Then we shouldn't be naive enough to promote 'thank you for hurting me less' attitude but we should be smart enough to admit people can evolve and no one deserves eternal censor. If the Western world does not deserve eternal condemnation then no where deserve eternal condemnation.
To avoid focusing on the past, I will recount a more recent example. Mr. Jeremiah Wright a pastor in the United States made world headline news for some remarks he made against the U.S government after September 11. As an ex-marine, Mr. Wright will no doubt bravely fight and fend off attacks for the United States. Evidently, he will also condemn whatever he believes could have contributed to such attacks. If we value him as a robot in deeds, then we can ungratefully censor him without limits. The political leaders who believe mere suspicion warrants dropping bombs have no right to question the social leaders who drop 'wrong' words to prevent dropping bombs. Like most political leaders, As President Bush was cowardly “at an undisclosed location” on sept 11, bravery or patriotism cannot be calling countries “axis of evil”, “dictators...” and recklessly authorizing wars that risk retaliation and leaving the weaker ones at 'disclose location.'
The social leader has a responsibility to inculcate what s/he believes may fend off future problems. When the social leader fails in his/her “how” aspect of teaching, we must not only focus on the “what” aspect and ignore the when and where... or worsen things by amplifying “what” in the wrong when,where and who. From sept 11, 2001 to march 2008, it seems as there was no danger in Mr. Wright's wordings to probably less than thousand people, yet those same wordings are perfectly 'dangerous' and amplified to millions of people. Is it politics that made his words dangerous? Is it words and thoughts placement that pacified the danger or is it punishing Mr. Wright with eternal condemnation or dissociation? If hundred people had the thoughts before Mr. Wright said the words, thousand people heard it without action, million people heard it and mostly condemned it– how can fear blinds us to censor words and ignore thoughts that may translate to negative actions? Do we truly understand the difference and effects of censor between thoughts, words, and actions ? Words may be the easiest one to censor but the least dangerous among the three.
Words remain as the source of life in every human progress. Words: is what religions claim as how God created the world. Words: is the reason the teachers deserve appreciation more than employers who cherry-pick to interview with words and may work with words. Words: is the bridge that amplifies and attenuates thoughts and actions in a cyclic manner. Words: is the contrivance of the upright as censor is the weapon of the vilest creatures. Words: is the timeless stratagem that can uplift or kill body and spirit with few exceptions. So the popular saying that “action speaks louder than words” is no more than an understandable faulty reminder to the ungrateful about the essence of consistency. Actions don't speak, actions impact harder only in the world of negativity . A creature that values or understands actions over words may yet to deserve the title human. The indirect is too deep for the short sighted or average human being. If it was all about actions then we ought to be more grateful to our parents than God ; then we ought to pay the laborer more than the manager. The three are complimentary and almost incomparable; still, words remain the central aspect sustaining and improving thoughts and deeds. In other words, barring words (censor) is the dorsal position detonating and debasing thoughts and deeds in a gamely manner. Indeed, there are countless issues where actions are more important than words. On this topic, the question is what is more dangerous: words or actions? beyond this topic, We do not have to compare the contribution of a police officer VS. a teacher in social stability, we just have to modestly understand the essence of harmonious collaboration in appreciation.
Information restriction remains as the most dangerous form of censor within governments and between governments. The differences between political parties should never warrant censor, nor exclude discussions with perceived opponents or “enemies”. The same principle should be respected between governments. Human evolution is very complex and history provides formidable lessons about the dangers of fear through the exaggeration of the danger in different or mistaken creatures. Due to language barrier among other things, human beings beat donkeys and horses as the sole feasible communication means without efforts to understand their language, teach them a language or understand their thought pattern .We unnecessarily harm many creatures as “wild and dangerous animals”. Today, some of us have snakes and lions as pets through the power of words and gentle treatment. Almost every culture normalized or encouraged beating children in frustration, misunderstanding and intolerance. We normalized the maltreatment of others based on tribe, race, gender... while insisting 'words don't work' with the victims. If we read between the mentioned lines, we should understand that censor comes in many forms and shapes.
Admittedly, the worse sins aggregate through words and with words, but only without the subsumable words. Likewise, through our limitation, words may never be enough to improve some creatures but words should never be excluded in resolving differences. To effect changes between thoughts, words, and deeds — Idiocy is banking on luck for thoughts; Naivety is over trusting only words; Stupidity is leaning more on deeds; and Cruelty is over trusting only deeds. Every form of censor will include some form of fear but when censor is fueled by greed and arrogance, it becomes extremely dangerous . It is cowardice to lightly censor eloquent opponents but first: it is the stupidity or cruelty that decides no words (censor) and only negative deeds. When people censor based on “stupidity” accusations, they are unknowingly admitting fatuity in cruel resort. No form of power distribution warrants the evil choice in censor within and between creatures. The reason we can never urge impunity for opposition leaders or dictators between countries is because we can admit ruling parties are capable of instigating lawlessness, dereliction, or treason. Beyond politics, 'talking about' without 'talking to' may seem cowardice in face-value but could be lot worse.
There is enough evidence that words secretly shook every imaginable “dictator...” while they succumb in defiance with words, deeds, or thoughts. Humankind should always try to work together and never exclude discussions (words) before, during, or after 'fightings'.
The dangers in misinformation exist only in the void of necessary information. Like carbondioxide can be deadly, fart can be irritating, exhaust in machine can have negative effects – constriction remains as the common enemy in any form of iffy air. Human beings naturally and generally want agreeable results. In the pursue of the common good, our differences in preferred means shouldn't sway us to fear critics with the same end. My firm belief in how and/or why as true representatives of choice occasionally extends to include “when” as the closest resort in any search to identify the true colors of choice. The above happens to be consistent with my strong belief in “three days” or time as a crucial tool in understanding Showlove Trinity and Justice. “When” do we say alleged wrongs and “where” do we place perceived wrongs cannot be rectified with the cowardice in censor.

Oh Universal Just God, You have seen what I have seen and you know I believe it to be from you. You certainly know I am eager to see all of them fulfilled expediently; Expediently! except the biggest one --postpone it-- save the best for last. In this state of suspense, you are aware of her evil whispers to me. Protect me from her mockery and insinuations. S/he even said it could have been from her instead of you. Indeed, I believe s/he have limited power or 'right' over me. Fulfill it eitherway, you have power over her, over me, and over everything that exists. Fulfill the beauty I have seen, my expectations, and other blessings beyond my heart desires. I know very little compare to you, thus my heart desires are limited. Surprise me with new things better than my heart desires. Strengthened my faith by fulfilling my major expectations on earth and life after death. Help me to face every situation with faith, appreciation, and humility. Fulfill the promises and/or replace them with far better ones.
