You agree to notify and advance the estimated value of implemented Opinions to employees within a month. The 5% of implemented opinion dues to MBIOC can be paid at the end of the year, final payment, or at the time of advancing the employee. You understand the terms and conditions are binding only for the approved period and subsequent years may be on new terms and conditions. In return we will issue your Company a certificate, notification forms, and list you as a bonafide Movement for Bureau of Implemented Opinion Compensation .
