Dear Mr. Clarke and whom it may concern,

Considering your SILENCE, my valuable time, and the rising tension following my proposals, I hereby tender my resignation to mutually help society.

As mentioned in my previous note, with or without you, we will proceed to sensitize the world about the moral reason to reward implemented workplace Opinions. Our existence requires narrating our history and your resistance to my formidable offers put us at odds with you. Your company also happens to be involved in many things I consider evil that I would have exposed and fight without mentioning your name. I have always held that thoughts, events, and persons have a relation but are very different in many ways. Low minded people focus on persons ignoring the fact people barely exist above 100 years... Thoughts can exist near infinite, so wise people focus on thoughts and then give examples of events and persons. The reason I would have spared you as example has more to do with valuing appreciation for work opportunity and If your were conscientious enough to support this noble idea I want to ingrain as culture. If your conscience is low enough to reject my offers, I will still focus on thoughts but will gladly give you as example.

In this respect, I am copying this email to Corporate, few centers, and some other people. The brochures, articles, web site etc I will be using against DirectBuy will be copied to you for good reasons. Also be rest assured that the information I will be dessiminating about you as a person, your centre, and DirectBuy will be based on facts to convince reasonable minded people on issues I can defend with evidence in any court of law .

The balance on my Membership can be taken from my next pay check as noted on the note I gave to Jakki and Moira.

Valuable Suggestions to shift operations

Dear Mr. And Mrs Clarke,

I have valuable suggestions that worth way more than thank you and accordingly I want more than thank you. As a champion for a bureau of opinion compensation, this is a test for me and you on such an important issue.

Presently, there are methods of operations in your company that I believe are grossly faulty/incompetent/inefficient. The value of my highlights/recommendations is a cost/income value of at least $20,000 a month. You may value them less or lot more but I am certain that it will shift your operations and improve your business.

In regards to the value, I can give you a breakdown hints+ of how I arrive at the cost/income value of over $20,000 a month. And I will also give you detail information on why the present ways are faulty/incompetent/inefficient and furnish you with recommendations depending on which option you choose to work with me.

I happen to be a strong believer in Justice and tolerance. As you may admit, input should generally dictate salary/payment. That's why in sales you choose commission as your method of payment and that's is why sales people try earn over ten thousand dollars through you. A similar reason is why you pay management more than general laborers; why you deserve more than the management; why you pay the parent franchise for business Ideas and other things. I can be generous to you in some ways but my wages is not to think, suggest, or rectify operational problems. As such, I want to be compensated if I make valuable leaps... for your business. It is about thinking and ideas – something very different from education.

Due to the fact I am so confident about my recommendations, I only want to be compensated if my recommendations are implemented – meaning abandoning the wrong ways, taking my suggested methods or a modified version of my methods. I am giving you two options to work with me on this consulting service:

Option A: I will charge you $50,000 plus tax and give you detail recommendations of what, where, how and why should changes be made. I will welcome a discretionary bonus cheque on this option.

Option B: Pledge a range for me to consider giving you a fraction of what I would have highlighted/recommended in option A reports. For example, I will highlight just one big problem/solution (cost/income value of over hundred thousand dollars annually) and any shift in operation means you have to give me at least the minimum pledged. Then based on how happy I am with the compensation, I will consider if we have to do second and third recommendations which will include alternative suggestions and convincing breakdown beyond financial value.

Either options will have to be paid as 'consulting service for enhancement' so that we can deal with the Tax man (government) separately and in our mutual tax interest. The guarantee on either option is shifts in operational methods. I will also welcome subsequent appreciation cheques because the value of some of my recommendations are lifelong and can be applied on two of your franchisee. In a nutshell, the value you are getting far surpasses what am charging or you may pledge on option B's stages. You should neither give, nor sell, my recommendations to other centres without my knowledge.

With all due respect to your management and yourselves , there is lot of room for improvement . My highlights will be too convincing to be ignored and my recommendations will be too vivid to be doubted. Please note that I am not bypassing the management due to disrespect but because this is a sensitive decision you may want to take/start without their 'full' knowledge. Presently, I happen to be in a depressed state of mind but I can still think and fairly functional. If we show mutual appreciation, we can mutually uplift each other. I am attaching an article I wrote about a similar topic. Till then, I await your pledge to consider submitting my suggestions that will save you money and earn you income. I assure you everything can be as discreet as you may advise.

Rewarding Implemented Workplace Opinions .


Unlike toothpaste, OPINIONS are so precious that virtually every company offers an opinion box or collect opinions in other ways. The wide gap, in power, between the employer and the employee makes it a social responsibility for governments to spearhead and intervene for an acceptable relationship. It is overdue to encourage compensation of implemented opinions.


The management and senior staffs are generally paid more than regular general laborers due to the value in thinking, a parent branch of opinion. However, some valuable opinions do come from the junior staffs and is hardly rewarded beyond “thank you.”

Whereas some opinions worth less than thank you, some opinions may worth millions. Society should not encourage “free things” especially against the weaker party (employees). We ought to evolve from the illussory western saying, “best things are free” -- repent beyond “sorry” on horrible acts and be grateful beyond “thank you” on “best things.” Some 'free things' may fall under OK or even good but best things are never free, nor can "free things" yield best way. The reality is nothing is free . The so called “free things” are just shifted cost, shifted reward, or stolen reward . Until we encourage opinion compensation, company owners and senior staffs will swindle opinion dues through our effortless standing. Our collective duty is to minimize injustice and our inaction on opinion compensation is too shameful for our era. Consultants can charge high fees for advice (opinions) that may never be implemented, we normalized executive bonuses and other things -- it's time to appreciate junior employees with convincing implemented suggestions.

I am not calling for opinions to be treated as intellectual property but for society, especially at the workplace, to embrace a culture of compensating implemented opinions. In north America we have the Better Business Bureau which is primarily for consumer interest. We need a similar bureau for Implemented Employee Opinions and to look after the welfare of workers in other respects.

By spearheading such a bureau, companies can voluntarily join and to abide by the rules of let say 'Bureau for Employee Compensation' (BEC). The rules and policies of such a bureau may change over time but I just want to give the general idea I envisioned for such a bureau. Companies will be required to declare a pledged compensation range, pay a reasonable minimal annual fee, and/or five percent of compensated amounts to brag as a member of BEC. This will attract and encourage employees to diligently serve beyond opinions. In return, companies will improve through healthy competition and our social trusteeship will improve. We will minimize employee disappointment and boost work efficiency among other things. Imagine working for a company with a verifiable record average of $500 monthly opinion compensation, or $10,000 yearly or once paid a lump sum of $200,000.00 to an employee for an opinion. Imagine the caring trust such verifiable record can build and the efforts it could yield.


The relationship between employees and BEC will be as simple as forwarding suggested opinions through e-mail for example stating the present method and the suggested method. Indeed, it should be properly archived but no one at BEC should bother reading any opinion. BEC should focus on implemented opinions, not submitted opinions. The companies will notify BEC of implemented opinions and paid compensation amount. So BEC will issue companies an annual report that will detail necessary figures including pledged range and actually paid range for employees to have an idea of their employers' bragging rights. Suppose a suggestion (opinion) is implemented and not reported by the member company, then the employee can contact BEC.

The beauty of this proposal is not something we can precisely imagine – this is about improving minds more than the emphasized compensation. Almost every company I worked for, I have suggested something valuable to them but I actually withheld more than I shared opinions. Why would I suggest something I believe is worth hundred thousand dollars to a company that pays me less than $20 per hour? Only those who doesn't not know undeserved rewarding is somewhere undeserved punishment knowingly or unknowingly will do such a thing. I hereby urge people to refrain from submitting certain suggestions until such a bureau is accomplished and your employer happen to be a member. The Government knows how cruel the powerful can be, that's why we have minimum wage --but we need to open a door for limitleess wage/compensation for trying junior employees. We all know the reason behind suggestion boxes at the workplace is beyond complaints. Like plagiarism, we know some management staffs present suggestions as their own and argue for compensation, raise, and/or praises. We know that millions of people are underemployed and may be smarter than their bosses. We know that thinking or even experience is different from education. Why should we choose inaction considering these facts?

The media and politicians should embrace this plan more than many minor issues. This happens to be an election year in the U.S and Canada --embracing the idea can surely court voters, which may inspire other countries. The conscientious lawyers and social leaders should push for its establishment. Even some millionaires can try it as a private business. I am pretty optimistic that companies will pay millions or multiple hundred thousand dollars to be on record standing. This means more minds to expect elevation through working... more than gambling on lotteries or resorting to crimes. There are many other things I believe such a bureau can do for the general workers, some of which I do not want to detail at the moment.

Politicians who argue “tax break” for the poor should not skip rewarding unpaid input like implemented opinions. And politicians who argue for the rich based on input are shamefully skipping such valuable input. It is time to repent and embrace such a noble idea. The trying poor should understand no form of tax break is comparable to the possibility of rising through deserved input by simply suggesting an enhanced method of working. We cannot applaud successful consultants who earn on advice that may never be implemented as 'hard workers' and ignore junior employees with implemented opinions through inaction. Eventually, companies will skip consultants to stealing opinion dues due to our inaction and conformity. I doubt if anyone dare question that there are millions of implemented workplace opinions that are hardly compensated. The few that may claim to be compensating with 'pizza, cigarette, and beer' must understand the importance of verifiable records and establishing it as culture for the non-compensating ones. No good person should question the need for such a bureau. Some people and companies may resist like the days of physical slavery but to their disgrace and awaiting punishment. Some people and companies will understand justice, the wrongs of our times, like the 'good white people' who fought along blacks to abolish physical slavery as norm. We must sensitize employees to work with willing companies against unwilling companies.


Presently, the company I work for is a multi-million dollar company under a multi-Billion dollar franchise. Although I have co-workers who earn over ten thousand dollar a month, I make what I consider near minimum wage. Regardless of our size and how much they value me, I do have suggestions that I can mathematically prove on a cost/income value of over hundred thousand dollars per year. Our company owners are multi-millionaires making profit. Why should I give a million dollar “free” opinion to such a company? Some executives will be taking my due reward while society blames me for my condition. I know if a Bureau like BEC existed and well promoted, our company will be a member and I will gladly give opinions that will help them and help me rise beyond this company.


Like any other plan, this plan has it pros and possible cons but it is certainly in the best interest of the employees, employers, and society if properly executed. I can defend any worry people may have about this plan and will address the most probable fear to crop up. An overflow of opinions? Perhaps in the beginning but it is still advantageous to the companies. When an employee make “dumb” suggestions, that is an opportunity to improve a faulty but willing mind. Employees will understand why things are done in a certain way and that improves work quality. We can also limit the number of submissions per person in the beginning.

Considering this is proposed as optional membership and based on implemented opinions to be compensated on pledged range -- No one dares claim foul on the companies behalf. If we can agree it is wrong to rob labor then we should accept it is wrong to rob ideas – if we can agree it is wrong to cheat $1000 value of “voluntary” physical labor of a retarded person..., then we should accept it is wrong to cheat $10000 value of implemented opinion of uninformed employees. The relationship between the employer and employee is a mutual world that needs social guidance like husband and wife -- one cannot claim doing favor to the other. We are not expecting thousand dollars on every implemented opinion but it is encouraging to have occassional hundred dollars on top your regular pay check and the hope that a valuable implemented opinion may net you hundreds of thousands. Also opinion submission and compensation can be for junior employees only, a smaller range for those paid mental salary and we can exclude outsiders. I will prefer such bureau and checks over lottery winnings.

Like copyright infringement and plagiarism, this is a question of efforts and conscience for the trying weak we ought to help and protect. I may not be in the position to negotiate with someone who thinks I am worth $9 per hour and be fired at will. I will take “thank you” for some opinions, but I want hundred dollars for some opinions and lot more for special opinions that may worth millions. Hmmn, I suspect your boss is delaying the membership contracts for a last minute stun and/or avoiding Ottawa to make extra efforts like his. Wow! Even Franchisees compete by withholding knowledge –Ha, Ha, Ha.

Tell your boss to pay me for my ideas to ensure a strong lead next year. Some people cannot appreciate deal – Some opt for steals, trial and errors, and trading blames. With certainty, no form of charm/frown... can steal clues from me and certainly not thoughts I will jealously guard in a drunk state. I laugh at the trial and errors after my unappreciated alarm. And I am indifferent to unjust blames and laugh at misunderstood blames.

Why people cannot appreciate based on value? Because people eye what others are getting instead of what they are receiving. In the case of your boss, the chump/chunk he is receiving happens to be a fraction of his wealth but he doesn't not understand the effects of time... on a sensitive business – he ignores optimizing and he may learn the hard way, harder than the trial and errors. Secondly, because people cannot appreciate what they don't know or don't have. For example the employees who turn down his employee discount don't know the true value... or don't know if they will ever rise in a “hopeful” and hopeless capitalism where the rich will 'steal free knowledge' or frown at great offers with a risk free option. The payment plan he gave the employees dismisses the “don't have” argument and I am certain that some employees wish he “should” give them the membership free. Well, 'should' and 'Can' are very different – he certainly can do it but should he do it? Will it be appreciated even then? Some of those employees will cheat him labor/time... but would have gave him million dollar ideas due to ignorance in “VALUE”. And guess what, the boss may enjoy and ignore the true value of the ideas and may only remember the negative... or fire them for cheating time/labor after frustration. Until we understand VALUE and appreciate based on VALUE –then and only then will justice reign in the workplace. And if no form of input can meaningfully elevate employees, then we have no right to encourage working. There is a huge difference between thinking and education, ideas and labor, mental and physical, etc.

There was a time when some “slave masters” claim they were doing favor to slaves by robbing 'physical labor' with sub-change... today many employers claim to be doing favor to employees because of mental power but still rob 'mental input' regardless of the value without compensation. The fact remains we can help each other without hurting each other – we just have to understand value and the essence of appreciation first.

The employer is not “doing favor” to the employee anymore than the employee is helping the employer – it's the input/payment range that needs to be within tolerable range. A business hires people because it needs physical, emotional, and mental help – those who are not paid mental salary should receive mental compensation on implemented ideas. Extremely charming people are paid well, physically demanding jobs are fairly paid, and those with splendid ideas should be well paid.

Like I reject the girl(s) I 'sought', I see a win where the uninformed are declaring “lost”. The lies and half-truth that smear my image will be discredited with confessions or disgraceful evidence. I am not perfect but God blessed me to understand the dangers of comprising certain principles.

Anyway, I will like to pay my membership with 2 shots of xxx each on my next two pay checks. It's pooh-pooh game – u know who it is. Just having fun.


On october 03, I gave you the following letter and a warning note.


Last Offer: Modifications on the Options oct 03 2008


Dear Mr. And Mrs. Clarke,

In appreciation of the super discount on the membership among other things, I hereby re-propose on more lenient terms and better explanation.

Option A: You can advance $25,000 plus tax to get the detail recommendations of what, where, how and why should changes be made. You will have to pledge another range of at least $25,000 more to be paid if any shift in the recommended methods of operations is made within six months.

Option B: Pay nothing in advance but pledge a range of let say $10,000 to $50,000 for me to consider giving you a fraction of what I would have highlighted/recommended in option A reports. For example, I will highlight just one big problem/solution (cost/income value of over ten thousand dollars per month) and any shift in operation, within six months, in that particular issue(s) means you have to give me at least the minimum pledged. Then based on how happy I am with the compensation, I will consider if we have to do second and third recommendations which will include alternative suggestions and convincing breakdown beyond financial value. In other words, we may just repeat the pledge and payment routine.

 

  1. Option A gives you the detail recommendations. So if you believe it is worth paying $25001 or less – Just bear to lose money/income for six months and you can implement the ideas based on contract.

  2. Option B has zero dollar risk. After seeing the highlighted problem/solution, if you think it is worth less than $10,000 then just ignore it for six months and you are free to make use of my ideas. The only risk in this option is the subsequent reports could have contain what would have convince you more than what is in the first report. In other words, what you may compensate me on the first round may not convince me to give second and third recommendations.

Once again, it can be as discreet or open as you may advise. I can tender my reports before you two, with the management, with ordinary employees, or with outside trustees. This is not about education or charm but I am 100% certain that I won't be doubted by any honest mind who sees my recommendations. At first I felt bad that I silently watched you lose money and income but not anymore, you are dragging your feet on what I am estimating in the tone of at least! I gave you fair offers and I am re-explaining it with sweeter offers. I noticed you consulted your management – discuss this offer with them and consider lawyer or outside advice on these sweet offers.

DirectBuy Vs Society?

Take this as first and last warning. I am offering you a reasonable deal as I prefer to uplift DirectBuy and Society, but it seems as you may force me to fight you while uplifting society. In a nutshell, I don't prefer to turn against any employer who gave me “opportunity” but society gave me lot more opportunities and thus I am obliged to side with society if you reduce the choice to “or” where it can be “and”.


I am deeply passionate about establishing a movement/company that will ascertain rewarding implemented workplace opinions. Every movement/company must have a history that may include a positive and negative side. Together with my team, we can certainly make lot more money and earn news coverage by painting your company on the negative side. We will be on the Internet, in the streets, paid advertisement etc. It is a question of time but this will be talked about like climate change, abortion and other political/social issues.

For a highly profitable company like yours to turn down multiple risk free options is an outright resistance to the establishment of such a noble idea. We will have no option but to narrate the stories and perhaps make a documentary against DirectBuy . Corporate and other franchisee will be very upset that you turn down such offers to risk their downfall. Worse of all, the public will turn against you because the team will use every negative or positive thing to gain coverage so as to ultimately help society. We may include lot more than you may expect because I know too much about DirectBuy and a fighter beyond you may imagine. The fact is I do not want this to look like a threat but a rare warning, as I hardly believe in warning.

If you are doubting the arguments I made in the article I wrote few months ago and recently gave you. Please do understand it takes time to convince people on the wrongs of their time. I will show the world step by step why we need the culture/movement. I will show the world what is value and appreciation. And if no form of input can meaningfully elevate employees, then we have no right to encourage working/thinking. There is a huge difference between thinking and education, ideas and labor, mental and physical, etc. We have seen all kind of abuses under wrong justifications. Within a family, between tribes, races, gender abuse etc done in the name of “favor”. Honestly speaking, I prefer to help you and society, rather than help society by painting you in manners I dare not mention here.

The new deal to DirectBuy:

If they want they can offer a lot higher range and set-up a 'jury' to Gauge us in court kind of style: I will present my points including the estimated monetary Value – If they plead 'guilty', that is accept that I was right, then the Jury will decide how much I deserve. If they contest any point on my presentation – then we will re-argue, tender evidence, and call witnesses for the Jury to decide like a court of law.

Four things we have to gauge separately as counts:

1.Is my proposals helping members with no added cost to DirectBuy beside paying me?

2. Is my proposals helping DirectBuy save money and make income without hurting the present members.

3. Is my proposals more cost effective and efficient based on the stated values in my article and presentation?

4. Is my monetary value estimation accurate or more than what I stated – because I said at least.

Now it is up to DirectBuy to use their conscience and take-up the challenge or for the frustrated members to pressure them to immensely improve service by taking-up my challenge. One man against a multi-billion dollar and they are scared? Let the Jury decide if I am right, award 0 to million dollar+, access my thoughts, and change history.

A simple majority will determine pass/fail and the average monetary value will determine my dues.  I am asking a lot higher range because there are over 150 DirectBuy Showrooms. The parent franchise will now see my thoughts and will share it with others. Ofcourse, only some of it can be utilized at all centers. Perhaps then, they will offer me to go to other DirectBuy centers and help them -- Ha, Ha, Haa . I doubt if DirectBuy care enough? Perhaps after a class action lawsuit.

 
 

After the resignation:

On october 15, 2008 at 1:22 pm I (jarga Gigo) received a call from someone who identified herself as Police officer Ms. Buchanan claiming DirectBuy filed a complaint against me that they feel threatened by my words. I told her that I am not threatening anyone .

On october 16, 2008 at 7:31 the police officer called again, we spent over 7 minutes on the phone while she tries to lure me to visit her and to talk her about the complaint, I repeatedly told her that I am not interested in talking to her or any police officer about well intended words that is claimed as "threat" -- that I am not a threat to anyone and not interested in talking to her.

On october 21, I received Cheque/check # 3581 dated 10/17/2008 from Directbuy of Edmonton trying to refund me the advance for my membership. They are basically trying to expel me from the club which may have to be settled in court. I do not care much about DirectBuy membership but I want to see if DirectBuy can buy the courts as did to the media, which may then open chances for members who paid the full amount and are denied refund on daily bases.

On november 2, 2008 at 12:00pm: Two male police officers knocked on my door trying to get me talking... I told them that I am not interested in talking to them or any police officer-- That I am by no means threatening anyone.

 

Based on the above facts, I would like people to understand my choices and if anything happens to me, let all investigations and spirits be set against those who seem to be hunting me.

DirecBuy is rich enough to heavily donate to such a noble cause yet 'fighting' us with resistance ...-- Shame on them.

S/he claims my opinions are so valuable ...
But s/he mistreats me and suck my opinion dues
S/he claims mental superiority with my bosses
And force me to accept underemployment as “favor”

So S/he stole physical input from a retarded volunteer

Last appeal : Risk-Free Offer to help improve the Company


Following my letters dated 17 November 2008 and 08 December 2008 respectively, I hereby tender my last appeal to be given the opportunity to submit my suggestions that I estimate will increase our income by at least $250,000.00 within a year. These suggestions can be easily implemented and barely involves any added cost.


As noted on my previous letter, I want to reassure you the following points:

 

  1. I want to be compensated only if my ideas are implemented.

  2. Your team of at least 3 people will decide the value .... and I promise not to ever complaint to you and/or the public about possible differences about the value or paid amount.

  3. You do not have to pay me a dime based on estimated value and you can defer payment(s) for up to 12 months after my ideas are implemented. In other words, you can wait until you see the actual income I am claiming.

  4. I only want to be compensated 10 to 50% of the differential annual value that is solely to be decided by your team. Over 50% of the first year and 100% of the subsequent years are yours to enjoy.


Given these accommodating provisions, it should be obvious to any reasonable mind that not only am I highly confident of my reserved thoughts... but sincerely care about the company and society. As noted on my previous letter, I am inclined to believe that if I were to submit my suggestions without asking for compensation pledge... I may secure promotion that may translate to more financial benefits. Again, this is beyond me and you or even money – It is about a needed change.

There are two main questions you ought to ask yourselves:

  1. Are junior employees worthy to be listened to?

  2. Should a highly valuable input be rewarded , especially if it is from a junior employee?


If there is any sense of Justice in you, your answer should be a resounding yes to both questions.

Even though I truly appreciate the employment opportunity you've given me, I am underemployed! like millions of people. Beside the underemployment problem, it is overdue for society to rectify the normalized evil of swindling workplace opinion dues. This is an opportunity for us to set a formidable example that may change millions or billions of lives.

As much as I prefer to effect changes with you, I will proceed with or without you. History will note your choices beyond you may imagine. I have repeatedly tought: Too long, too much, of a wrong thing cannot make a wrong thing a right thing. We have seen many forms of normalized evil including slavery but Justice eventually prevailed to honor the 'Abraham Lincolns' with a legitimate but. Smart companies will eventually understand the mutual uplifting in compensating implemented opinions.


History will note my verifiable risk-free offers, your lack of acknowledgment and much more. History may note your inactions as resistance to a much needed change or your late acceptance as brave opportunity to change the lives of thinkers in the workplace.


I fully understand the possible obstacles ahead of my movement. If many politicians like the Prime minister of Canada, Mr. Stephen Harper, is caught plagiarizing... some company executives who despise plagiarism may still find it hard to understand the wrongs of swindling implemented opinion dues is by far worse than plagiarism. This is because few people understand and/or dare challenge the wrongs of their time. Accordingly, I won't rely on neither politicians, nor employers, but will focus more on sensitizing employees and the general public. A success story with you guys would have been helpful but nothing can deter my obstinacy to confront the normalized wrong of swindling opinion dues.

I have enormous respect for employers and prefer not to ever offend those who help put food on my table. However, I have a higher respect and responsibility towards society and Justice. I am more determine than ever to show the world why we need the movement . Every obstacle to such a formidable idea must be narrated with verifiable evidence to thwart excuses. Ignoring such risk-free offer may delay but cannot stop the needed change in respect to opinion dues.


On December 9, 2008, a day after I submitted the second letter on this issue, A customer returned a Macintosh computer we sold to him. As Mr. Dennis (our Technician) regenerated the problem in front of the customer, he couldn't instantly figure out the problem and was about to swap the unit to look into the faulty unit, I voluntarily intervened and literally fixed the problem within a minute. The customer was so impressed and convinced that we do not sell bad units. The primary reason I am narrating this is to highlight the essence of listening and that I generously share knowledge. Mr. Dennis could have arrogantly dismiss me as sales person who ought to concentrate on sales. I have saved him and the company valuable time. I have also regain customer confidence for the company. However, helping to fix a computer that worths less than one thousand dollar is not the same as surrendering opinions I estimate in the tone of At least! $250,000. 00 within a year. Obviously, there are other situations were I helped beyond my primary responsibilities. Likewise, I do learn from fellow employees and do commit mistakes. Relationship is not about precise justice but tolerable give and take.


In a nutshell, some opinions worth thank you, ten dollars, to millions of dollars. It is important to use your conscience and ponder on the effects of your choices including inactions.

Beyond this company, my intelligence level is esteemed and unfolding. I will eventually rise no matter how much you underestimate me or the prospects of society embracing the culture of compensating implemented opinions. How much can I possibly be off in my estimation based on about five different suggestions? Even if you accept just about three of my suggestions, how much could it possibly worth? What do you have to lose in my clear terms/offer?


Consider this as last offer while I contemplate .... about the prospects to work for a company that under employs me and either thinks I am not worth listening to and/or does not deserve rewarding on a million dollar opinion. If you can agree that people do plagiarize and there are heartless companies that abuse employees and/or ignore efforts, then imagine what you can do about it? If you claim you reward $500 bonus for one day efforts... then what is stopping you from pledging to compensate suggestions that may worth over $250,000 within a year. My suggestions will detail the major what, how, and why in convincing manners and will readily answer every lingering question you may have.

I am including few other examples of my writings to demonstrate how much I care about society through sharing knowledge.

The above is a letter I wrote to my new employer -- they are generally lot better than Directbuy but seems not to agree that junior employees deserve mental compensation on implemented opinions. We really need the movement and withhold valuable opinions until employers understand the need for just compensations.
